About Angus Valley

Angus Valley homes were first built in 1964, with most homes built in the 70s. We are known for our large trees and spacious home sites (the average lot size is near half an acre) and our close-in northwest location makes it easy for residents to access the Arboretum area, the new Domain shopping center, and downtown. There are two city parks that border our neighborhood, Yett Creek Park and Riata Park. Yett Creek Park is just over 40 acres of undeveloped wooded land with plenty of trails to explore. Riata Park is almost 8 acres and features a playground, tennis courts, picnic tables, and a pond.

Our young residents attend nearby Davis Elementary before graduating to middle school at Murchison and high school at Anderson.

The old neighborhood sign was taken down when West Cow Path was diverted to Duval Road instead of coming directly off 183.
